Art and Sticks (Grades 6th +)
Play Therapy Omaha's Art Night!
Class: Art and Sticks
Hosted by Jamie Heidvogel, a certified art teacher, who will facilitate an evening of art and socialization for your child and a small group of their peers at Play Therapy Omaha.
Test you imagination and creativity skills! Kids will utilize popsicle sticks and hot glue to experiment, create, design & challenge themselves to build their creation while having fun and socializing with peers.
Open to all Kids (Attendees do not need to be current client's)
Each session will last an hour
Please include child's name, age, & grade in notes session when checking out.
*Parent/Guardian must sign waiver acknowledging risks with hot glue (low temp hot glue guns will be used)
*No refunds within 7 days of class
*Minimum of 4 children registered. If minimum is not met, you will be notified and will receive a full refund.
Art Buffet (Grades K - 2nd)
Join us for Art Night!
Class: Art Buffet
Hosted by Jamie Heidvogel, a certified art teacher, who will facilitate an evening of art and socialization for your child and a small group of their peers at Play Therapy Omaha.
This class will feature an ‘Art Buffet’ where children will have the chance to take their tray and choose what they want to create with during their art time.
Examples will include Painting, Sculpture, and Drawing
(Jamie will provide different examples from each material, to serve as inspiration for
them while they create.)
This opportunity allows kids to build confidence through the art making process and socialize with others. The art time will be structured as choice-based learning, and no formal project may be completed, as children will just be invited to play and experiment. Children will interact with the art materials, explore using a variety of different supplies, and have fun!
Each session will last an hour.
Open to all kids (Attendees do not need to be current client's)
