Appointment Desk Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am - 5pm & Fridays 8am - 12pm (All calls or emails received after these hours will be returned the following business day.)
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. We offer a variety of appointment times to meet the needs of busy families. Although we do our best to accommodate schedules, appointment times will depend on your provider's openings.
School Notes are available at any time upon request to assist with excused absences if your child's appointment falls during school hours.

Don't see your insurance listed? Many different companies fall under these larger umbrellas. You can call the number on the back of your card and ask if your provider is an in-network provider for mental health services. If not, out-of-network services or private pay options are available as well.
We recommend checking & confirming your benefits with your insurance plan first to avoid any surprises of uncovered costs to you.
OUT-OF-NETWORK BENEFITS (OON) Many insurance companies do offer "out-of-network" benefits. OON means you will pay out of pocket and then submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of a percentage of the cost. If OON benefits are available with your plan, we will provide you with the proper paperwork necessary, called a Superbill, to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Many of our clients also utilize their Health Savings/Flex Spending accounts which are accepted for our services regardless of in-network/out-of-network insurance status or self-pay.
As a courtesy, we do our best to assist with verifying benefits, but with the ever changing insurance industry, ultimately it is up to you to know/confirm your benefits. We recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to verify your out patient mental health benefits & that your chosen provider is an in-network mental health provider to avoid any unexpected costs. *Any denied or rejected claims are the responsibility of the client or parent/guardian if the client is a minor.
Play Therapy Omaha does not participate in managed care plans (Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare) at this time.
Payment is accepted via cash, check credit card, or FSA/HSA accounts & is due at time of service.
