+Group Hosts & classes are independent contractors providing services for Play Therapy Omaha.
+All Hosts are background & referenced checked.
+All groups are skill based groups and therefore are NOT eligible for insurance reimbursement.
+A minimum of 4 participants are required for each group and are subject to cancellation and full-refund if group minimum is not met.
+Groups placement will  be dependent on age and availability. Our Client Care Coordinator will assist you with options to best fit each individual's unique needs. 
+Registration is due in full at time of registration.
+No refunds after date listed on each flyer.
