Hailey is passionate about helping children and adolescents feel supported, understood, and more confident as they navigate life’s challenges. With experience as a teacher, school counselor, and therapist, Hailey understands the emotional, behavioral, and school-related difficulties children and families often face. She aims to create a warm and welcoming space where children feel comfortable being themselves and parents feel supported throughout the process.
Hailey believes children grow through connection, consistency, and feeling heard. She takes a whole-child approach, supporting emotional, behavioral, social, and academic needs while helping families build practical tools they can use at home and at school. Hailey also values collaboration with schools and enjoys partnering with educators and families to best support each child’s success.
Hailey worked as a teacher for three years, a school counselor for seven years, and has been a therapist for the past two years in both private practice and non-profit settings. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Human Services, a Master’s degree in School Counseling, and a Master’s degree in School Administration.
Child/Adolescent Specialties include: school-related problem solving, anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioral concerns including anger and opposition, overwhelming emotions, autism, ADHD interventions, and supporting parents through parenting challenges.
