Ashley Schnase is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner with a focus on adolescents and family relationships. She uses an integrative approach, drawing from Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and psychodynamic principles, to help teens and families navigate challenges with connection, communication, and emotional well-being.
Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Family Sciences and Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2022 and will complete her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in May 2025. Her clinical training includes internships at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) and at a women’s safe center supporting survivors of domestic and sexual abuse.
She provides both in-person and telehealth counseling and has experience working with students of diverse abilities and needs, which has shaped her commitment to individualized and inclusive care. Ashley also values a holistic approach to mental health, weaving in elements such as movement, mindfulness, and wellness practices to support the whole person. Her goal is to help clients build resilience, manage stress, and cultivate healthier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
